Chris is responsible for the cuisine. He selects his menu using a variety of local produce.
All meals are freshly prepared on the day. As well as Chris’s culinary skills, for years he has been involved in teaching/Directing & Acting in over a 100 productions
throughout the UK/USA and Canada.
Steve is the meeter & greeter who is there to look after your every need, Whether its organising your itinerary or beauty treatments or serving one of his gorgeous champagne cocktails.
Steve has also been involved in Musical Theatre most of his life although his main career was as Creative Director for a well known chain of department stores.
